Sorry if it's a silly question but do I just wire up the towbar as detailed in normal towbar electric diagrams or do you have to change wires around, I am fitting to my Austin Countryman with +Pos earth? Also what about the warning buzzer is this wired the same as a -Neg earth wiring diagram.

Thanks

Absolutely - as to a warning buzzer it should be dual polarity but if its got any electronics in it it will not work on +ve earth

Having some right problems sourcing a warning buzzer, suppliers of buzzers I have spoken to have said they will only work on -neg earth.

Does anyone know where I can get a buzzer that will work on +pos earth.

Thanks

Hi
Use the normal indicator warning light instead.
So long as it has a trailer suitable flasher unit, the indicator warning will flash faster when any indicator bulb fails, in the same way that it will on any car when driven solo.
