Hi every body I am a first time user so lets hope this all work's. I have a ford 10/10 van which is going to be made into woodie estate van. After some 18 months of playing around replacing bit's & pieces I am finished with all the work on the chassis & brakes etc. So now to the bit I would like some info on . Would anyone have any details or photos on the fold down seat mechanism the type that makes into a false floor . I do hope some one out there can help with this request

Thanks Bluey the rabbit

Welcome to the forum,

Two "estate" versions of the E83W/"Ten-Ten" were made in number, Ford's own "Estate Car" plus the Martin Walter Utilecon. I have a few brochures for the E83W, I'll see if any show the seating arrangements well. I uploaded one scan of a single page Estate Car leaflet to the E83W site a while back, fifth down on this page, click to see a larger version:

It'd be interesting to see a thread about your van sometime Smile

Thanks Rick the 5th one down is the type I would like to reproduce for my woodie . So if you or anybody else have more details how the hinge system for the seats work it would be great . Now when I get the hang off this computer I will put up some pic's of what I am up to woodie wise
Thanks
