Hi there

I've just joined this forum to see if I can chew ideas over, get advice and perhaps source parts for my Frogeye restoration.

The bodywork is done and painted. The rear axle has been rebuilt. The front suspension arms & brakes are being looked at currently.

I do need a pair of rear leaf springs.

It would be lovely to hear from fellow Frogeye restorers as its a lonely world especially a girl!!

Welcome to the forum, are you able to post up any photos of the Frogeye?

Thanks! I will attempt to load up some pictures of the bodywork to date - it's not sitting on it's chassis just yet but will do soon!

She's been sprayed Leaf Green.

Does anyone else have a Frog they're working on?

My dad had a nearly new Frogeye way back in the sixties Amy, it was a lovely little car, really nice to drive and ride in, so I wish you lots of luck with yours and look forward to seeing pictures and hearing progress.

My daughter helped me rebuild a Vespa some years ago and more recently she helped put the engine and gearbox in my TR3A. She's a very good mechanic, a natural although she doesn't do it as a job, so I'm sure you will be as well.
