Do you remember those rubber extenders that you could slip over a toggle switch to bring the switch that much closer to you? Are these still available? if so can some one suggest a source please. Thanks Tony

There's a lot on eBay (where else?) though most of them seem to be chrome plated and fitted with LEDs.

Unfortunately the original Lucas toggle switch levers have generally turned brittle over the years and fitting extensions often causes the tongue to break.
Unless switches have been replaced, extensions may not be a good idea.

your local transport museum would be a good place to start ,my local one has several hangers full of spear parts ,i often visit my one if i cannon find what i need .they usually have it .you will need to speak to the cureator for advice .my museum does not charge anything because he would rather see items being used than in a shed unseen .i make a donation to them for any help ,wayne aps
