adel's car has 1725 cc rootes engine.
yes, Paykan's engines was darkBlue.

its amazing!! are Australian's Arrow engines LightBlue??
i saw some australian's Arrows with LightBlue engines too.

yep that light blue is similar to mine infact!!
I used to think mine had been painted lighter but whilst the engine was in bits I never found trace of a darker blue anywhere so light blue it was when I re painted it!
I decided on spraying the air filter housing a different (darker) shade of grey and did the rocker cover in it too instead of the standard blue. My car is blue as well so there was too much blue. Smile

I still have my father's '68 Arrow which is all black. This was the original CKD model assembled by Chrysler Australia. I am not sure of later Hunter units but those I have seen have been black. In fact I will probably retain this colour as part of the resto I am doing. I also seem to recall some cost cutting by Chrysler in later Hunters with lack of chromed airvents, interior door handles/window winders etc.

hi bob, i noticed completely that your engine primary color had been light blue.
but gray is also very nice now(Even though not original color)
