Heard about this on local news. It is an almost world-wide fundraiser for Prostate Cancer Research, but involves 'distinguished gents' mostly riding older or historic motor cycle steeds.

Rick, compared with some of the projects you've taken on, getting yourself a bike licence would be very small potatoes indeed... Smile

Smile something I always keep meaning to look into. Ideally I'd buy a 125 just to pootle about on, off-road, for a bit, to get the hang of balance, steering and so on

Thanks to our man in Australia for finding this, I have contacted the organisers to find a few more details, and make a stronger representation for next year.
I am quite linked with the VMCC, and with a membership based on two wheels, and over a third 65 years old, then the good cause this run promotes deserves some publicity.
I have asked to be kept in the loop for next year.

Rick, if you can ride a bicycle you'll be able to ride a motorcycle....and there's no pedalling involved. Got to love it!
