I wonder if it was a conversion by a company in Folkestone (I think it was), Martin Walter, who used to convert Bedford vans, amongst others, into works buses and caravans. They used the utili prefix on some of their products. |

I remember years back seeing a Ford E83W with a Martin Walter body, I thought Ford generally produced their own bodywork. |
