I am restoring a Rex caravan of Ashford Middlesex. I know nothing about the company apart from what i can find on Google which is very little. The caravan is about 14ft long and has no electric. The trailer was made by Peak trailers Stockport. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Fredsmum, in the book British Caravans by Roger Ellesmere, Published by The Caravan club on page 123, It mentions Rex Caravans of Felpham Bognor Regis Sussex , Don't know if this is the same company.
They are advertising in 1939 A four berth for75 gns or a three berth for 65 gns. , also a picture of a Morris Eight series E towing what looks like 14FT van, The telephone number, is given as Bognor Regis 131.
