Very nice and quite rare. For a van they are well appointed, I know of one local to me and they are sought after. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

It never ceases to amaze me how sellers expect a good price for their vehicle, but don't bother to give the potential buyer any details ... |

He does have some nice vans, high prices though.
Notice the last photo is of another Hillman, a pick up. But he says its not included in the sale. So why on earth include a photo of it?!?!? _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

When I were a lad, I worked in a Rootes dealers. (also Triumph and Austin) When new, these vans were delivered with black wheels, and one of my many jobs was to improve their appearance by spraying them cream. For some reason this turned the tyre valves a lovely shade of pink, which was christened "nipple pink". At only 16, of course I didn't know what they meant! |
