Morning all,

Fancy a life on the road? or a home office? This fully-equipped Commer has been the current owners' home for several years according to the blurb, but prior to being parked was used for several European adventures.

I saw this on ebay the other day, thought the interior looks very cosy.

I know of a Perkins powered one just down the road from us which is hidden away and used for storage on a small holding.

I do like the interior. Very snug.

I think engine size is out by a factor of two.

I must admit to thinking it'd make a nice home office.

Maybe I should do that with mine, although I don't think SWMNBO would be at all impressed.

It certainly looks wonderful inside, but after 17 years standing idle,I hate to think what the mechanical side is like.
At the very least,it will need new brakes, tyres, and possibly wiring.
It might be cheaper and more rewarding to start with a running vehicle to start with.
But then, old commercial vehicles are not an economic proposition anyway,so ,if money were no object,it would certainly be different, and possible.I,ve seen worse being brought back to life.
