Hi Guys,,
Thanks for all the replies. I got a 16. I bought everything I didn't want ie..Didn't want white---its white.
Didn't want LHD----Its LHD.

But look what I did get.----Fully restored 1970 16TS,LEATHER INTERIOR,,ONLY 30000 GENUINE MILES-----YEE HAA[img][/img][/url]

wow thats clean, would be interested to follow progress with the R16 in the Your Cars section, if you get chance???

Car was a feature restoration on the Renault Classic car web site last year. Owner wanted silly money for it at the time. I posted a WANTED ad on their web site a few weeks ago. He contacted me again at a substancially reduced priced(still expensive),and after much consideration I took the plunge--so as we speak its somewhere between Newcastle and Dublin.
