Basically, "I'm too lazy to get it taken to the scrap yard, so thought I'd see if there's a mug on eBay"
You really can sell any kind of complete trash on eBay.

Knowing the prices of classic Fords I wouldn't be surprised if someone didn't buy it! _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

No, but a reputable Jaguar dismantler told me years ago that he knew of at least three Jaguar Mark 2 3.8 litre which were in use when he had in fact dismantled and scrapped the actual original vehicles!
Demand for 1600E's may give rise to all sorts of, ahem, "original thinking". _________________ Starting Handle Expert

Positively encouraged by the wording of the ad. I'd say. _________________ David

May as well have advertised it as a Cortina Lotus and expected five times the price - who would know the difference from that pile? |

Hi
If the orignal vehicle hasn't been officially written off at DVLA then the VIN plate etc would give a car thief a cheap real ID for another nicked Cortina for which he could claim a lost V5. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

I have seen much better dustbins, some of them in Dagenham!
Surprisingly, given its modest price, it did not sell. Maybe he should list the pallet afterall! |

We noticed at Beaulieu recently the increase in stallholders selling buff logbooks, many of them at very high prices. Its like a craze at the moment and prices just seem to be silly. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |
