Antiroll bars usually just fail because the rubber has split...they can usually be dismantled so why not just cut n drill appropriate rubber to make new bushes?
So ....where to get rubber .. it could also be used for body to chassis bushes? _________________ '60 Armstrong Siddeley Star Sapphire

I have used rubber door stops before now if a similar size can be sourced and modern car/van rubbers can be used as well _________________ Rover P2

I have just replaced the rubbers on the rear ARB on my 13 year old car, I think they were the originals. Some play was noticeable but they looked OK, not split. I can only think the rubber has disintegrated a little over time. _________________ a car stops being fun when it becomes an investment |
