Just noticed the shouldered nuts holding the manifolds. When I bolted mine to the piece of wood to work on the linkages I thought the standard nuts would be a problem to get at.

yes, long nut's, stainless steel from SFS,

paul, what type and where did you buy the electric petrol pump,? then i can use the original p/p hole in the block for a breather,

i still have to make a cover on the backside of the bulkhead, where i've made the cutout,

managed to blag a manual valve seat cutter, if it ever stop's raining, i'll have a go at it,

Search for Simon bbc, I got mine on eBay but there are loads of fuel pumps on the website. Mine is a facet type pump mini, I paid £21.90 but I couldn't see it for that price on the website. He also sells SU pumps.
I also bought my electronic ignition from him.
