I spotted that last night. Locally bodied which makes it unusual. A useful classic and as you say Rick, not so many pick-ups around. |

Interesting. At first glance, it looks like a T. J. Richards body. But Richards, which became C.D.D. in 1947, wasn't involved with postwar Austins. My guess is that it's a Ruskin body. Austin took over Ruskin in 1948. |

I prefer the panel van version to the pick up or ute, the Devon van has always appealed as they are quite stylish in appearance. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |
