Hi all,

On Sunday, the first Air Fair took place at Avro Heritage's museum, at the former Woodford aerodrome. In addition to the various aviation-themed goings-on, there were quite a few additional exhibits of interest, including a good selection of elderly motor-cars.

Highlights were flybys by the BBMF Avro Lancaster, and also an Avro Anson. The model VC10 in BOAC colours, and the live runs of piston engines bolted to purpose-built trailers, were pretty spectacular too!
