Sunday saw junior and I head over to Malpas for the annual Yesteryear Rally. The weather on Saturday had been pretty dire by all accounts, Sunday though wasn't too bad with odd showers encountered but for the most part, dry if rather overcast and breezy conditions.

Despite the weather there were plenty of cars, lorries, steam vehicles, tractors and more to peruse, here's the first batch of photos (nos 1-70).

Photos 71-140 are now in this later thread: http://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/forum/phpbb/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=19755.

I intended to go on Saturday afternoon, but put it off because the weather at lunchtime was awful, which turned out not to be an indicator as the afternoon was nice. Finally made it Sunday at around 2.30pm, however disappointing to find that some of the autojumble stands were already packing up.

Still a decent show, though, and nice to see that they'd re-arranged the car park to remove the need to drive through the marshy bit which would probably have been impassable.
