Rare these days and one I would be interested in myself.
How times change, I bought my 1964 105E saloon for £30 in 1988.
I feel this estate will reach a high price.

That's never been in a barn in its life.

I see it has a Stromberg carb. My father had 105/123E's 1962 to about 1966.

Did Ford start to fit Stromberg at some point ?

The factory carb (type ?) was a pain and when we fitted a 1500 engine to what was a 1200 "Super" we also fitted a 1.5 inch SU. Started and ran like a dream with that carb.

Certainly has potential doesn't it, is there rust-through on the offside roof/gutter or is it just on the surface?

My Singer Chamois has a Stromberg, which the original owner fitted in the mid-1970s; among all the paperwork with the car is the original receipt and fitting instructions, which includes instructions for fitting to the Ford engine. I also have the alloy manifold adapter for the Ford application as shown in that ebay engine bay photo.

I, too, have an alloy adaptor [for an SU]...
The Strombergs can have issues with pinholes in the diaphragm...

There is a hole in the roof....

Sold for £835 and 12 bids.

I thought there would have been more interest in something as rare as this.

Maybe it is because of the styling? The station wagon is more bland than the typical Anglia saloon which I would prefer because of that, even if it is less practical.

Hi
I bet bidding would have been stronger if it had been a Friary or an Abbott conversion.

Has anybody seen one of these at a show recently, or even ever?

More likely because of the severe corrosion? It's my guess, most of the lower body shell would need replacing.
