Hi all,
Just something I'm researching - a company from the 1950s that was called Macs Vacs (presumably Mac's Vacs), I don't suppose anyone has any info about this place? The address was 445 Firth Park Road, Sheffield, which is now a tanning centre overlooking the roundabout where this road joins the B5086.
In the early 1950s the business, apparently, sold and repaired domestic electricals.
If anyone's a member of a Sheffield history type site, could you post a request please? I'll do the same on Facebook, where there appear to be a couple of relevant groups.
thanks, RJ _________________ Rick - Admin
