I have been there. The Carmargue district is wild and beautiful; famous for it's white horses and flamingos.

BTW Am I allowed the Derby Bentleys?

One I put in before was the Standard Nine Teignmouth saloon and that got me wondering about other body styles on that car, there are the Fulham and Selby and the Standard Fifteen had an Exmouth saloon too.

I have recall reading once of a early thirties Singer Porlock saloon, not sure of the model, probably a Nine I think.

Again from the thirties, Frazer Nash liked to use place names. They had models such as Boulogne, Ulster, Nurberg and Exeter.

The Porlock was a 2-seater semi-sports Junior:

So it appears that back in the day, when the boss was out, the naming committees hung their dartboards over the world dealership map. In times of mind block they went to the map and looked for puncture marks. Laughing

We've had towns, counties and regions but how about the means to get there? Triumph Mayflower and Renown would fit. Wink There is, (defeated of course) the Renault Frégate but on a more correct path perhaps the Renault Floride and the Sunbeam and Renault Alpine,

Have we mentioned the Seat range? Altea, Ibiza, Toledo, Ateca, Arona, Leon, Alhambra, Marbella, Aroza, Cordoba, Malaga, Ronda. Then there's the Dutton Sierra, a name they lost to Ford by force majeure.
