Anyone know of one of these going spare. I was going to use a stude engine in my project(SS2 chassis) but found it was to long/wide etc. I have fallen back to the Flying 10 but I had sold the gearbox believing I didn't need it, stupid stupid stupid. As an aside what type of starter is used in these as I cannot find a model type on it??? |

The starter has a three bolt flange fitting. The 12 used Lucas M418G and I suspect the 10 was the same but if your car was 6 volt then I'm wrong.

Easy to find information on the starter if you know what you are looking for. Its a 12 volt M45G three bolt flange |
