Time has come to move on my 1975 Royale Tourstar. I have had to leave it where I last used it in north Shropshire for health reasons, so don't have any recent photos, but before I blitz the media with for sale ads I thought I would ask on here to see if anyone is looking.
In regular use, happy hols this year in Lake District & last week in Shropshire, last year in Norfolk, so tows well.
The list of jobs is gaining on me. I have decided to buy my way out of having to do things like replacing plastic window rebate strip, resealing the windows, repairing the motor mover, replacing the God awful grey upholstery, new carpet, tidying the toilet room etc etc etc. There is an ongoing need to attend to the exterior paintwork following my repairs to a previously-damaged end moulding.
I make it sound unsaleable! It's not all doom n gloom; newish tyres, spare wheel, good chassis, no major damp, double glazed windows with some scratches but no cracks, fridge works on gas, 12v/240v electrics, as I say we used it last week and you could use it too (if you're not proud). There is a fitted cover, but you would have to retrieve it yourself from my loft!
Best phone for a chat. Alec Gatherer, 0161 795 8164. Email me on uncledotalecatbtinternetdotcom and I can send photos from a few years ago. I will listen to offers under £1000.
