This caught my eye this evening if one was looking for a true 1950s BMC classic.
It's a shame that it has lost it's original registration number but how many agree with me that the additional driving lights detract from the frontal appearance of this magnificent car?

Yes they are a bit on the large side, although they are at least of the correct period. I'd be more keen to lose the visor tbh, but either way I'd be happy to own it Smile

Funny how styles have changed, I think the early short boot car like this one actually looks more modern than the later long boot A95/105.

the lights are the same size as the ones on my mk2 consul, but they look bigger on the austin
