Hi,
I quite like the look of this P1 - the P2 has long been a favourite, but the slightly earlier, square-rigged, lines of the P1 appeal even more to me. This one's been brought over from NZ. Inside, the trim has been re-done, while externally things look pretty good although there are few edgy blebs around the front and rear wings, which really need doing to keep the old girl looking at her best.
There's also an idling issue - "She can be temperamental on 'idling' as all these old vehicles are". Might be nothing, but I suppose it could be "something" too, a handy bargaining tool perhaps.

Its shame it was imported back to the UK, the cars heritage is in NZ. I myself have imported car parts but I always like the thought of a car staying where it spent its life. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |
