It looks like a very viable project, it's been listed on more than one occasion which I'm surprised about as I thought it'd be quite an appealing project for someone.

If I recall correctly it was first listed as a Buy it now at £2500, then it was put up as auction and got to £15-1700ish and then again where it made about £2k with no reserve it apparently sold.
I am surprised that the chap has been let down by a top bidder on 2 auctions but then again there are a lot of messers (buyers and sellers!).
