I have emailed the club, no luck getting through to them. The email address given is not recognised and my mails keep getting sent back.

Most N.Z. VC Clubs are branches of the national club, then each branch operates as a semi autonomous entity. If you have not tried it, there is a contact form for the Canterbury branch here-

The address I was given is 'canterbury@vcc.org', nothing is getting through. I will try the other address, thank you.

I think the email address needed a dot nz after the org?
