The story I heard, I don't know if it's true was the ambulance came round a bend at high speed, completely on the wrong side of the road

Why is it....[when all the flak & stuff has died down] do we not get to hear the actual truth of events in these cases?

For surely that would lay to rest all the supposition, etc?

We get to hear about the result of air crash investigations....so why not vehicle crashes?

There are so many road collisions I suppose, it'd take some keeping on top of. Saying that, I'm sure that final reports for such crashes could be found online somewhere, with a bit of digging.
