Hi all,

This lovely old Rover has been listed before but has yet to find a home, it seems. I'm pretty certain that this exact same car was lodged in a barn just a few miles from OCC HQ. It had sat for 30-40 years and I almost bought it. While it needed plenty of TLC, the proportions and style really appealed to me but alas I was pipped at the post, while waiting to hear back from the then-owner about my offer. Ah well.

If it is the same car, then it appears in the "barn finds" section of the main site, in "as found" condition:

Yes, Rick, I've had my eye on that for quite some time! Shame it's lost its registration number, though - they are an integral part of a car's history and this car's loss has stopped me investigating further.

Lovely looking car, such nice lines. I like the barn find story too.

Are you not still tempted Rick? The seats look pretty good. The steering wheel needs attention but there are restorers for that.

I like it still, don't get me wrong, but with so much to do here now it's probably better that I leave well alone.
