I thoroughly recommend the fuel tank lining fluid I know lots or people that have used it and as long as its done correctly its never been a problem. One guy rushed the process as he is a bit like that anyway, "half job Harry" we call him He ended up blocking up the vent pipe and thickly layering one end as he thought my idea was dumb

I like that mixer idea. I'll have to find a project to use that.
My tank was a little too far gone, so I had to fabricate half of it, then seal it. For sealer I found an epoxy used for wineries and industrial purposes. no one here has anything for gas tanks.

Aren't there any baffles in that tank to stop the fuel sloshing about when you're going around corners? |
