Mine sent me a birthday card for my 50th and in it he said -

"Now that you are old enough, I have added you to the Magnette insurance"


Oh, and I'm new here by the way.

If anyone has a copy of the book - "Magic of the Marque" turn to the double page spread of a black MG Magnette ZA. That is the car the old man is referring to.

Sadly, the DVLA have decided that at the young age of 79, he is now too old to drive even though his mediacal history has actually got better over the last few years!!

So, I suspect that I will be inheriting it. I even passed my driving test in one, but not the one he has.

Suspect I'll be asking questions about various bits on it and how to sort stuff.
