I`ve mentioned before that I collect radiator caps & hood ornaments. Mostly American, but I also have some French, British, and Australian ones too.
They range from 1919 to about 1938, (but most are 1928 to 1934).
I finally got some pictures of them on photo-bucket, if you care to have a look...........

I used to collect Lalique mascots years back and have a few, but frankly I watched the bidding on a frog one recently and was astonished at the price. £14,000 no less and that excluding commission and VAT! I'll keep what I bought thirty years back but certainly won't be adding to the collection any more.

Yes, the Lalique glass mascots are WAY beyond my budget too!
Some of the more rare ones keep climbing also.
