Hi , my name is Rhod and I own a 'Gordon Keeble' chassis number 22. She was built in Southampton in 1964.The body shell was designed by Giugiaro and built by Bertone, 5.4 litre short block Chevrolet V8 300bhp and the concept of Jim Keeble and John Gordon. A great car but lack of funds and supply problems saw the demise of the Gordon Keeble. We have over forty runners and more to come on stream as they get restored, so out of a production run of ninety nine cars, with car number one hundred made out the parts that were left, not bad really . Our fiftieth anniversary is due soon so we are hoping to have fifty cars for the photo shoot as like the fortieth, so a few activities will be organised for that event. We have a very good historian that as far as I know has knowledge of all cars produced and their location. We have GK's in Germany, America and New Zealand. I do take her to mainly NE shows and I did do the Goodwood Revival but I need to own an oil well to get there and back.
As for me, married with a very understanding wife, when you have a classic you need to. Semi retired, but still manage to do the odd TV and film roles. Fame far far away!
Look forward to being on this forum as it is always good to have like minded people and contacts.

I agree, we have had pictures of the de Bruyne and not pretty at all, the GK club did an article about them in their magazine and the ones that survived are not in a good state. |

I didn't ask the price of the one for sale at the NEC as I knew that I could not afford it.
What lovely cars. _________________ Keep Torqueing,
