The first Alvis is I think reg no JC 893 (can only see the last letters) a 1932 TJ 12/50 with Cross and Ellis DHC bodywork. The second a Firefly the 4 cylinder 12/50 replacement which was regarded as inferior at the time as heavier slower and thirstier.
I think the trike seems to be a candidate for dropping in a pond but otherwise an interesting selection - thanks for posting. _________________ Jonathan Butler

Thanks Jonathan. It was JC 893. Interesting to know what model it was. I'm right with you on the trikes, there were loads of them there and I hate them too! Most seemed to be cut up Reliant Robins
FV, it's a "Latham F2" according to Cartell. A kit car of some sort, and I'd hazard a guess at being Cortina based. _________________ Richard Hughes |

Take a closer look at the twin-cam crossflow.
That's a proper engine , that is...
