Hi folks
Its a while since I was last here but you might like to check what is going on in my world by looking at my website www.rustytrucks.com. It advertises my business but there is stuff on there which is of interest to the average old vehicle nut. I'll try and update it regularly!

It is my granddaughters and had to be the same colour as a jeep I restored...... |

Hi
Have you taken the Fire appliance over to the Windermere Boat Museum to visit it's old station yet? _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

Not yet but I will when I have some time to spare! Mind you, it spent time in most Westmorland stations during its life so maybe a Grant Tour is called for!
Right - who wants to sponsor me?? |

The MGA is pretty nice I must say - you can feast your eyes on more of it at
http://s484.photobucket.com/albums/rr206/RustyTrucks/MGA01/
including the use of an endoscope and laptop (and very steady hand with a bit of bent wire) to recover a lost gearbox dipstick! |

I very nearly bought an MGA back in the 60's in order to impress a girl friend, but she ditched me before I had time to save up the deposit.
both had great looks, shapes and could go from standing to flat out very quickly, so I lost out twice

Reminds me of a once-upon-a-time where a chum took his then girlfriend out in her dads MGA - they got up to some cheeky business and in his haste to - er - withdraw - to avoid giving the parents a grandchild, bent the rather less than robust dashboard.....
Tricky to fix, but trickier to explain |
