Hi, you have my respect. I am restoring a 1936 Morris 8, my first venture, but it is like a kids pedal car compared to your Bristol.
It is a great car and the effort will be worth it.
Cheers

Thanks Bob.
I know that just keeping a good 8 on the road can be a challenge. There is a lot a pioneering mechanics in your austinwhich set different but equally difficult challenges.
I stopped and had a chat with a gentleman in Chelmsford today who I noticed was working on an 8 in his garage, What a coincidence. He had a Rover 100 outside too. Not you I trust!

I have not bought the engine gaskets yet. However FEL-PRO come highly recommended and are available from Summit Racing or on Ebay. |
