Hi Folks

Anyone else going to the Rougham Airfield Show (Bury St. Edmunds Suffolk) this weekend (13 & 14 Aug) ?

There should be a large number of classics there, so I shall go in the G15 (hopefully)

In past years the air display has been fairly good so possibly worth going anyway. I believe there should also be a good selection of classic vehicles to look at.

I'm not going to Rougham - going to the Triumph Stag National meet at Norfolk Showground on the outskirts of Norwich.

I visited the show in 2009 I think it was.
The B17 made a surprise visit as it had been grounded with engine problems.
It was up for engine tests and made an impromptu visit, was escorted in with the Spitfire and Mustang to the appreciation of the crowd.

I think I took more photos of the aircraft, I had come to see the car show

Must try and remember next years when sorting my timetable
