Hi guys, my car has a mechanical water temperature gauge with a capillary tube going to the "sender" bulb. The tube has snapped off as it enters the bulb fitting near the thermostat, so it will need a new tube / bulb soldering on and re-gassing.

Can anyone recommend anywhere ?

When the tube breaks, the gas, ether, escapes so you have to have a donor bulb of gas and freeze it while you join the 2 tubes then when it warms up the repaired tube is filled with ether again
