I will post some pictures later but the car has come a long way since the last images. Even though I was working solidly at the week-ends I didnt get to Newby Hall JEC event and then due to weather and parts be sent wrong multiply times I missed the Leviathan event as well.
This event managed a gathering of 27 Mk10 420Gs a wonderful sight for the follower of this model.
Reggie now has the interior 95% fitted and the engine is again very near for its attempt to start and tune the carbs. I did have one attempt but the inhibitor wire from the inhibitor switch to the relay was off so it wasted a mornng finding this out.
Again waiting for parts so once I have them I will sort the carbs.
I will post some images tonight if you would like to see some _________________ Car-Nut

May 2011 Update
Footwell trims back in, the magazine holder on the passenger side I wasnt happy with so it went back to be ammended
Rear window surround re-fitted
Nearly two complete seats in
Looking for two seatbelt hangers- Britax (Can you help ?) Still searching for these
Getting to this stage was really a step forward for me
With an empty laying around I checked out the picnic table they would do the job fine for Weddings when the car starts working...
Engine detailing commences
Checking out trim for the correct colour
The other footwell trim now back and fitted
Cam Covers fitted all new domed nuts
My next issue sourcing a water outlet pipe... (How much weld on this)
More updates anon.... _________________ Car-Nut
