just bought a 1964 model 14 from a dealer.next winter's project! no-one seems to have a good word for these models still,you don't get much for £500 these days!

My dad recently bought one of these and happily potters around the Cheshire lanes on it. It shares garage room with a Velo 500 and a Ducati Monster, and probably racks up the most mileage, so it must be doing something right!

My dad has 60 years biking experience and usually knows a good'un when he sees it

I restored one back in the 90s, the engine was nice but the rest of it, including the electrics, was a bit cheap and nasty. Could never get the front brake to work well enough for me to feel safe.

hi all week points on these are
the gear box has to little oil for the job there are bushes bronze bushes on the high gears and they can wear like mad
watch the oil pump
and wipac electrics with a balastwire to as a resistor for the lights
apart from that
ive had about 6 of these lovely little monsters and loved every one of them a350 was my first classic bike in 77 bought in a box for £80 and put together without a manual
