I think the Humber Sceptre MK 1 is the best of the bunch..I know it has the smaller engine than the MK 2 but looks far better.
Pippin red and black interior is the one I like.
Anyone out there with one.?

I had one in 1965 and did over 100,000 miles in it. They are great cars in Mk 1 form.

Is this Pippin Red Gresham?



This one lives on a Scottish Island and is a superb example.

One of the best colours for the car I think. They certainly had character in those days.
And a little american styling for conservative britain at the time.

The owner was considering selling it at the time these photos were taken last June but there was already a dealer sniffing round it so probably punted on now.
