Hi

Well I have had Ernie running today on a gravity tank as I need to drain the old fuel out. First time in years, forgot howsweet she runs, connected the fuel up and a tempoary wire to the coil, can't find the key...

Turn on the handle, a little choke and two more turns and away she went!

Better than I thought!

Never tried the clutch/gears as he is deep in the shed at the moment, and the brakes seemed stuck on last time I moved him, so in a month or so, I hope to have him out to free the brakes off and get him going again.

Cheers

Dave

ooo good news, the brakes shouldn't be too stuck so a bit of movement should see things easing off a bit. Wouldn't mind a test drive one day Smile

Hi

Yeah I plan to take the drumms off, and clean them all up etc, then get him going, finish a few bits off, and then he will probably get used ont he farm tracks, not got any plans to put him on the road just yet, but maybe once I get going on him, I may do just that.

You will have to have a go in the yard one day. Smile

Cheers

Dave

Hey, Sorry it has taken so long, but there is a video of yesterday on my Facebook page, if anyone wants to see it running.

Free'd all the brakes off, and got her running on a gravity tank, going to set the brakes up, set the clutch, spray the underside with some old oil and have a general tinker this afternoon.

Cheers

Dave
