|
|
Whilst looking around a friends farm and yard I came across these two petrol pumps.
The cream one is a Wayne pump and the yellow one is a Avery Hardol.
They are both complete with all their panels etc.
I think they are from the 1930`s looking at similar one`s on websites etc.
Does anyone out there have any more information.?
I have purchased them and going to restore them to show condition.
American Restoration here we come.!!!!!!

I collected the pumps this afternoon. They are sitting outside my Motor House (posh name for workshop) at the moment awaiting restoration, they do look good sitting in position in their unrestored state, as soon as I get the Austin 8 cwt van finished later this week I will crack on with them..

Excellent find, they will look great when finished. If you intend to add globes then be prepared for the price you'll have to pay!
I've got a Gilbarco awaiting restoration in the workshop, and a Godwin skeleton pump which is now finished. |
