Thanks Peter I've not seen that before, takes me back to when I used to live in Newbury in the sixties. As the car is seen driving up the street the driver mentions about a turning car letting him go - that turning on the left led to the park, a car park for the high street and the ABC cinema where many a happy Saturday morning was spent. At the clock tower he follows the road ahead to Hungerford but the main street is on the left where my father was the manager of the Mac Fisheries store about two hundred yards down on the right, one memory is seeing the Bristol bus chassis driving through the town with just a driver in goggles sat on a seat with no bodys as they chassis went off to the coach builders. _________________ If the world didn't suck we'd all fall off |
