I have just come across some photos of the car I taught myself to drive in.
It used to belong to my brother, who passed his test in it.
Then sold to some friends and a couple of years later I managed to buy it back for the princely sum of £5.
I learn to drive running back and forwards in a small garden.

Yes, Hamblin Cadet based on an Austin Seven chassis.
I will have to see if I have any further details (reg. number etc.) as I see there is now a register for them.
