Gents,

Arrived home sunday in the E (after SS Classic Wkd) and as usual I flicked the bonnet and gave it a quick once over.

I noticed in the manold a stud was missing it had dropped through, and there is very little thread is in the manifold.

Bar changing that manifold what else can I do to get some thread in the manifold Question

Suggestions welcome, I would prefere to keep the original part on the car Smile

It will Helicoil if there is enough casting to take a larger hole - alternatively retap for a larger stepped or parallel stud
