I sometimes use a sprayer with some fuel (or even easy start) to spray in the manifold of a non firing engine.
If you get a few bangs and some smoke (or the engine trying to run for a couple of seconds) you can then pretty much rule out the electrics and means its down to the carb or manifold/valves . _________________ Thirty years selling imperial hand tools for old machinery(Now happily retired). |

Hi
Well I have had the girl running well today, took her out for a test run, and she went great, came back, reasembled the front end pannel work, and took her for a secon run, just to be sure, and she is as sweet as a nut!
Now just to do my E83W too!

P.S... Rick, I will drop you your book off maybe later this week or next, got a few jobs on, so inbetween them, maybe time it with a day on the Robey! Get the Robey done, the Landy done, help dad witht he Fergi, then there is chance to get the E83W out of prolonged storage! |
