I sometimes use a sprayer with some fuel (or even easy start) to spray in the manifold of a non firing engine.
If you get a few bangs and some smoke (or the engine trying to run for a couple of seconds) you can then pretty much rule out the electrics and means its down to the carb or manifold/valves .

Hi

Well I have had the girl running well today, took her out for a test run, and she went great, came back, reasembled the front end pannel work, and took her for a secon run, just to be sure, and she is as sweet as a nut!

Now just to do my E83W too! Smile

Cheers for all the idea's and comments

Dave

P.S... Rick, I will drop you your book off maybe later this week or next, got a few jobs on, so inbetween them, maybe time it with a day on the Robey! Smile Get the Robey done, the Landy done, help dad witht he Fergi, then there is chance to get the E83W out of prolonged storage!

I was meaning the pickup, as I surprised you, took some planning that did, to keep it secret that it was being done.

I'll dig them out, yes he recognises himself and is fond of being photographed (and taking photos too).
