Hi
M6 north of Birmingham today a black and yellow track prepared RS2000 on a trailer and an orange classic mini all stickered up and with wide wheels and flared arches (must have been getting on for a foot wider than normal) which pulled into one of the emergency laybys.
I'm guessing they might have been heading to Oulton Park. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

A few interesting sightings on Anglesey this afternoon :
A red Jaguar E Type Roadster
A white Triumph Stag
An MGCGT
Several other MGBs some of which had an event card on their grilles.
All the above were seen within a mile of each and there was a modern Aston Martin DB7 or similar in the convoy. _________________ Starting Handle Expert

It appeared to be a flat bed truck, but the flange down the edge of the cab suggests that a larger body may have been fitted? I am not a connoisseur, albeit they do have similar engine and transmission to my Traction. _________________ 1953 Citroen Traction

I am in Lagos in the Algarve at the moment and returning to the house this evening I was behind a Porsche 944 turbo that itself was behind a Lancia Delta HF, both bright red. Both looked to be well cared for and were driven sedately. Until we left the urban areas and then they were off! Left my old Defender standing...... |

This morning I saw a lovely grey Sunbeam Alpine, the old 50s model, convertible in the town. Driven sedately and obviously enjoyed by the youngish driver. |
