Headed off to North Wales for a weekends camping with a few mates from OLLR weekend before last .
Big BBQ/Bonfire curry cooked for 20 odd folks plenty of alcohol and surprisingly some sunshine too .
Anyway thought you might like to see a couple of pictures or so .

Our campsite ...

It's cut off by the tide at high water

4 wheel drive was required to reach mine and the Mrs' camping spot

Hi
Shell island????
I think that is where the Yurt is in the Welsh holiday ads.
If yes, was anything going on at Llanbedr.

'Tis shell island ...and Llan was V quiet and looks distinctly like the old RAF base has been completely mothballed now (though i did read somewhere that the RAF still had the option to re-open it as a operational base ) Sadly i doubt they will bring back the Canberras/Vampires/and meteors that i used to watch as a kid when there on family holidays in the 70's Evil or Very Mad
