Hi,
New member here.
I have a dash panel from an old car and I am trying to ID the car it came from. My friend got this 40 years ago and all he remembers is that it was "probably" from a sports type car, "probably" from a european model, and "probably" dates somewhere around the 1970's, in his opinion. I know, really vague, but that's the best he can do. He wants to sell it but it's kind of hard when you don't know what it goes to.
It's wood, and there is a part number on it. I posted the pics on my web page here: http://s150.photobucket.com/albums/s92/martinrjensen/Howards%20car%20part/
Anybody have a clue??? If no clue anybody have suggestions on how to pursure ID'ing this?

Thanks for any help
Martin

Looks very much like a MG 1100/1300 facia.

Quite likely. Strip speedo in the long slot? Ashtray on the left? Might be an aftermarket replacement.
